Managing the Child Care Assistance Program
Child Care providers who enroll children with families eligible for Child Care Assistance are helping children to grow and succeed while also supporting parents’ ability to work or train.
Effectively managing the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) is important to your bottom line. Providers may choose to assign the CCAP payment directly to the participating family and collect child care fees in full directly from the family. However, typically providers will work with families to collect the assigned co-payments directly from families, ensure forms are submitted accurately and on time, and receive the CCAP payment directly. The resources below have been compiled to help the process run smoothly for you and your enrolled families.
